From where I live Voltes 5 is the most popular robot of all time compared to Combattler V, this was made with the 3D max studio software. Many commented that they look like toys, how I wish they were so I could get my hands on them.
I'm not really fond of 3ds but when I realize that 3d max can create 2d cell shading effects I just had to give a shot. Also ,it can import vector line arts directly into flash.

Awesome work^^ They do look like the toys, if anything, would be awesome if these got made to be toys now! Would be awesome for mecha fans like us^^

You know, if you want to get a real toy of the Voltes V, Soul of Chogokin makes a nice model of it, fully articulated and splits up like it should.
