*PPGD- lame as hell *GT What About Mimi?- get whory Mandy the fuck out of here and i'll shoot that lil loser later *SB- no....just stop right there, the story isn't important anymore due to the failure of GT
Oh pfffft ha yes of course I know you're right, and I totally admit it. I just like to have fun and tease this pedo fart, it's not like he's going to do anything about it. Since technically he never does (even when someone is stealing his artwork).
But I'll be kind to ya', though I'll still be around
I've been enjoying "What About Mimi" enormously, though it's been so long unfolding that I've forgotten who the heck the girl-in-white's mother actually was... I've totally lost track of what's going on in the "Sugar Bit's" story, though. One huge, ugly monster after another...
HIM AND BLOSSUM!!! I'm going to have to go over the backstory again... I think I missed that. For one thing, even as you draw the characters as older than in the TV show, I thought they were 14... 16 at most. That's a little young to be a mother of a child who is herself 6 to 8.
The Grim Tales takes place several years (centuries?) after the PowerPuff Girls Dōjinshi. There was a recent flashback that showed a portion of Mimi's past, with several of the PPGD characters as adults fighting against Him and being slaughtered.
I remember something like that except wasn't it Raven (from Teen Titans) who fought against Him? I wondered if Mimi might be Raven's daughter, but it didn't seem explicit. It's not even clear if Raven died along with the other guy in that atomic explosion -- He didn't, so why should she? And it still beggers the imagination that Raven would sleep with Him! Maybe He just stole the child, father or not? Or maybe I just shouldn't have eaten all those funny-smelling oysters last night, and I'm having hullucinations.
The page says Raven isn't Mimi's mom... but her real mom is coming to join the fight. It doesn't actually say who her mother is, though. If it's Blossom, about all I can say is that it stretches plausibility awful far. Not that I can say who *would* sleep with Him. Margaret Thatcher, maybe...
