Mimi is really sexy, and before you bigots all start shooting off awful untrue accusations at me like you do Bleedman, I'm 15 years old (still a kid under American laws), female, and pansexual. Mimi's like 11 or somethin' (and I don't know if the Underworld even has laws), also a girl, and her sexual orientation's still up for debate.
Also, Chi most likely approves of this image since she'll be seeing a lot more of Mimi in the future, and HIM doesn't really care. Too bad Jeff made her take the pic down. That dear, sweet old spider just worries about her safety and the people who say horrible things about her and her creator.
Doesn't anyone find it disturbing that this of a clearly underaged character is sexualized...I mean honestly people...we would not be taking pictures of children in real life like this...and the fact that some of the commenters do find the image either "hot" or "sexy"
Dude... do you even FOLLOW this series? This girl already lost pretty much every scrap of innocence she possessed and thus it's completely within character for her to do something like this. Plus she's a demon and is technically defined as immoral anyways. As for the comments, it's a DRAWING. She's not even HUMAN. They can fantasize all they want.
I'm neither Jeff, whoever that is, or a "dude." I'm a young woman who found this image randomly. I'll admit I've never followed this series so I have no idea what the character is about. But that still does not sway me on my views about the image and most people's comment that find it attractive in an erotic sense....terms like "hot" and "sexy." I guess it was not fair to post my opinion on the matter which was negative I know. Though this site is mean't for open critics, both good and bad. I'm not saying of course that the art is bad..no..he is talented....I just question the subject material. I'm not very familiar with the lolicon culture, but I did read up on it before I wanted to respond. It is the idea of an often sexual attraction to young girls or characters with childlike features. I just find that really disturbing, yes he's drawing fictional characters now, but where's the line? I will say again, if this was a photograph of a young girl in a bikini posed in a sexy manner....then would people find it wrong? That's my personal opinion. Obviously others here will disagree with me on this page because you think it is ok...I would like to know why? And honestly...don't give me that "she's actually immortal" crap because she's made to look 10-13. I also don't care if she's not human either...she's human like enough to get the idea
You do make a valid point but i have to correct you on one point. I said immoral, not immortal, as in lacking in moral values. BTW I say dude to everybody, it wasn't meant to be offensive. I appologize for that.
not that's fine on the dude part...again just because she's immoral doesn't really mean that's ok as an illustration of an underage character like that...just because a kid or preteen is a brat doesn't means ok to dress and pose suggestively...which was the choice made by the artist..there are other ways to convey that she is immoral instead of having her as a "sexy" kid...which I find disturbing...but honestly I'm not a fan though I know Bleedman has many...so it really isn't my place to say anymore...I just think people need to be very careful when they think an image like this is attractive because it is a very very fine line between drawings of sexy kids to actual photos
Well I can agree with you in the fact that Child Pageants are also horrendous ^_^ They also over sexualize children and teach young girls that outer beauty is more important than inner beauty...I hope you don't find this offensive, but because you are so young...it may not seem like such a bad idea since these characters are close to your age...I just think it is a bit disturbing that a grown adult man finds these kind of images attractive and not look to adult women as attractive...again I may be an old fuddy duddy at the age of 25 but that's how I see it...but again I know there are differing opinions..that's what makes people unique...for better or worse
donīt worry, iīm 33. About your question of lines: reality: crime, drawing/fantasy/illusion: thatīs a brain thing, you canīt forbid ideas. But you are right in the ways that there is a risk of leading weak minds to bad ideas. But on the other hand, where is not? Thatīs tragic, but but the world we live in.
